მელი აკავშირებს მყიდველებს დამოუკიდებელ ქართულ ბიზნესებთან. თითოეულ პროდუქტს ყიდის ის ბიზნესი, რომელიც პროდუქტზეა მითითებული — გარიგება იდება მყიდველსა და ბიზნესს შორის.meli.ge is a marketplace that connects buyers with independent Georgian businesses. Each product is sold by the business shown on it — the transaction is between the buyer and that business.

გადახდაPayment

გადახდა ხდება მხოლოდ ბარათით. თანხა ჩამოიჭრება შეკვეთის გაფორმებისას, და გაფორმებისას ნაჩვენები ჯამი საბოლოოა — მოგვიანებით არაფერი ემატება. მიწოდების საფასური გაფორმებამდე ჩანს.Payment is by card only. The card is charged when the order is placed, and the total shown at checkout is final — nothing is added later. The delivery cost is shown before you place the order.

გაუქმება და თანხის დაბრუნებაCancellation and refunds

შეკვეთილი ნივთის გაუქმება შეუძლია ბიზნესს, მიზეზის მითითებით. გაუქმებულ ნივთში გადახდილი თანხა ავტომატურად გიბრუნდება ბარათზე; თუ მთელი შეკვეთა გაუქმდა, მიწოდების საფასურიც ბრუნდება. სერვისის ჯავშანს ბიზნესი ადასტურებს — თუ 24 საათში არ დაადასტურა, ჯავშანი ავტომატურად უქმდება და თანხა ბარათზე გიბრუნდება.A business can cancel an ordered item, with a stated reason. The amount you paid for a cancelled item goes back to your card automatically; if the whole order is cancelled, the delivery fee comes back too. Service bookings are confirmed by the business — if not confirmed within 24 hours, the booking cancels automatically and the money goes back to your card.

გაყიდვის დაწყებაOpening a store

გაყიდვის დასაწყებად საჭიროა განაცხადი, რომელსაც ამოწმებს ადამიანი. პროდუქტები მყიდველებისთვის მხოლოდ დადასტურების შემდეგ გამოჩნდება. პროდუქტების კატალოგში განთავსებას პლატფორმა მართავს.Selling requires an application, which a person reviews. Your products become visible to buyers only after approval. Product placement in the catalogue is managed by the platform.
